The Working Environment of TFT

In addition to the length of time, the lifetime of TFT display is also related to the working environment of the display screen. The working environment of the TFT display is generally as follows: working temperature: 0 ~ 50°C; storage temperature: - 20 ~ 60°C.

TFT display is very critical of ambient temperature. In theory, at room temperature of about 25°C, its working state is the best. In fact, the ambient temperature of outdoor display screen is quite complex in application. The highest temperature in summer may be above 60°C, and the lowest temperature in winter may be below - 20°C.

If the TFT display is kept in low temperature for a long time and then placed in room temperature environment, it is certain that there will be condensation of water vapor in the circuit board and TFT display. In this case, it is not a problem to place it at room temperature for about 30 minutes. If the TFT display is placed at low temperature for a short time and then used at room temperature, there will be no big problem. Even if there is a phenomenon of "solidification" of the display screen, it will disappear after a period of time.
